You always have complete control over when, how and to whom loads are tendered – but it is done automatically according to parameters you pre-set. You control: - Which carriers are notified of which loads
- The order they see your loads - least-cost, sequentially, simultaneously or randomly
- How long a load is visible before the load automatically progresses to the next carrier(s)
- Whether the load is released to a Private Trading Network for spot bidding if your core carriers cannot cover the load
Exception Notification
Ensure that the right people are notified when something is wrong, whether it is a Dispatcher, a Customer Service rep that is responsible for a major account, or a customer. Notifications can be automatically triggered for events such as: - "Missed Appointment"
- "Load Not Covered"
- "Delivery Confirmation not received from carrier"
- As well as many others, based on user preferences.
